OUR PURPOSE
Amplify is on a mission to close the racial wealth gap by equipping young adults with the skills, confidence, and networks to build generational wealth. We focus on 21 to 30 year olds who have taken a non-traditional path, experienced trauma, and/or have been justice-system involved - and are ready to unlock their limitless potential.

Amplify is a wealth-building cohort program for young adults who are ready for a new chapter. We don’t just help people land jobs—we help Talent build futures rooted in purpose, connection, and long-term financial growth. Amplify provides career readiness, certifications, coaching, financial planning, and whole-self support in an intensive, small-group setting. The cohort experience is intentionally designed to create space for trust, community, and transformation. Amplify Talent form deep bonds, receive individualized resources, and develop lasting support systems on their pathway to economic self-determination.

Mario was ready to change his life. At Amplify, he found the support and opportunities to make it happen. During his time in Cohort 8, Mario didn't just earn seven credentials; he discovered what he was capable of.
When Mario graduated, he landed a job with NexAmp Solar, not just because of what he learned, but because of the connections and confidence he'd built. That could have been the end of Mario's Amplify story, but he knew he wanted more. Mario still meets with his coach every month to work toward even bigger goals, and he also serves as a coach to new Amplify talent.
Mario's story is not just about securing a strong job. It's about sustaining momentum, deepening impact, and becoming part of the cycle of generational wealth-building that Amplify champions.

As a member of Cohort 8, Mario grows as a professional through networking opportunities, career development coursework, and 7 industry certification courses.

Through individualized coaching and support, Mario builds industry math skills, creates a personal wealth plan, and utilizes wellness resources.

Following the 3-month model, Mario meets monthly with Amplify staff for wealth-building coaching focused on financial wellness, investing, and preparing for home ownership.

Through industry exposure and his networking skills, Mario lands a role with NextAmp Solar.

Mario continues to give back to his community and build multiple income streams through coaching basketball and serving as a coach for new Amplify Talent.
